Arvaintsatsal LLC will arrange and organize tour, package or services (“Package”) in accordance with this itinerary for the price specified therein for the customer specified therein, to whom this invoice is billed. Part “A” represents Arvaintsatsal LLC and part “B” represents Customer or Guest.
Any payment on this Invoice, including partial payments, shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the Customer of all terms and conditions set forth herein. Amount of 50% of the package tour cost is required for deposit to confirm a reservation. The balance of the trip price is due 21 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid when due, Arvaintsatsal LLC reserves the right to regard the reservation as canceled.
Cancellation charges will vary due to the service type you booked with us and different policies will apply for each service. When you cancel a trip, we must ask you to notify us in writing. We are also happy to assist you in transferring from one trip to another in the same calendar year. If unforeseen circumstances require a change to the trip itinerary, Arvaintsatsal LLC will make every effort to select alternative hotels of the same standard and to keep modifications to a minimum. Arvaintsatsal reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason. In such an instance, we will refund all payments received, which will constitute full settlement.
Failure to pay either the deposit or the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation or substitution of hotels, meals, attractions, and other contracted services, or the cancellation of all services, at the discretion of Arvaintsatsal LLC
Trip prices are based on two people per room or Ger accommodation. If you are traveling alone, we will assign you a roommate of the same gender, or you can choose to room alone, paying the single supplement. If a customer fails to arrive on time or check in at a hotel, the company will impose a no show charge. This varies depending on the service types, but normally we charge.
You are responsible for choosing a trip that fits your abilities, level of fitness and health. You are also responsible for bringing with you all of the appropriate clothing and equipment, as well as acting in accordance with the customs and laws of the regions visited. Customer is responsible for payment for any additional services requested by the customer, but not included herein.
Arvaintsatsal LLC reserves the right to accept, remove, retain or decline any trip member at any time for any reason. In such case, a refund equal to the actual cost of the unused services is the limit of Arvaintsatsals’ responsibility. Payment of your deposit represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions: Arvaintsatsal LLC its members; employees and agents, give notice that all services and arrangements related to this tour have been made by Arvaintsatsal LLC only as a tour operator upon the express condition that Arvaintsatsal LLC shall not be liable and does not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from any act of commission or inadvertence of any hotel, carrier, restaurant or other company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour or caused by weather, sickness, strikes, quarantines or the willful or negligent acts of any other tour members or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of Arvaintsatsal travel LLC. Some days or activities and certain trips listed in this itinerary are operated by local tour operators contracted with Arvaintsatsal travel LLC. These operators have been selected for the quality of the services and tours they offer as well as the desirability of the destinations.
Any request to modify a package must be made in writing to Arvaintsatsal. Arvaintsatsal agrees to make good faith efforts to accommodate modification requests, but can not make any guarantee. Modifications may be subject to additional charges, which must be paid within 7 days upon notice of the additional charge to Customer, but no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled date of service. Refunds for any portion of services deleted and or/unused cannot be guaranteed and will be decided on case-by-case basis at the Sole discretion of Arvaintsatsal LLC
These terms and conditions represent the entire Agreement between the Parties, and supersede any and all prior understandings, representations, warranties, agreements or contracts (whether oral or written) between the Parties. Any payment on this Invoice, including partial payments, shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the Purchaser of all terms and conditions set forth herein. This Agreement may only be amended in writing executed by the Parties here to.
If a dispute arises out of this contract, the parties shall seek it on amicable basis. In case the parties can not reach the agreement, any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to this contract shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law.
